Deadline for Donations for RunningTee Japan 2009

The deadline for Runningtee Japan 2009 will be on 5 March 2009 midnight 23:59. This is to accomodate time for us to design and execute the printing of the t-shirts or singlets for the Tokyo Marathon.

A Tribute to Endurance Sports

Lance Armstrong is the champion of cycling. He battled cancer and won. His "Live Strong" campaign is so big. Almost everyone has a yellow band around their wrists. "Live Strong" campaign triumps over cancer.

Endurance sports is massively mental, one may have lots of training, the ultimate decisive factor to make or break an individual is their mental strength.

Marathon running has an important place in my heart. It has capture my heart and fill my void. Marathon running has made my friend and I interested enough to pursue it overseas, to set up ths blog to share with the world our little dream.

The Feel

Actually, it is very important to have The Feel during all your running sessions. We always end our run with a smile. No matter how hard is the training, we still find that it is good for us and we appreciate it. I have friends who hate running or other physical sports. They are always forced by some reasons or someone into doing it. No one likes anything if they are forced to do it. Therefore, it is not the sport but them, don’t blame the sport. Do it willingly and enjoy it.

Back to The Feel, run till a point when you can hear your own breathing, hear your own footstep and feel your running posture. Check them constantly. It will improve your running - both the timing and the FEEEEL~

Gradually, you will feel the change yourself. You will get more and more comfortable in doing so. Unlike other sports, running needs to be self-motivated and you can do it on your own. It is important that you have The Feel and enjoy in doing so.

Think about it the next time when you are going for a run.
